These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maid Ready Cleaning LLC website and cleaning services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Maid Ready Cleaning LLC provides professional residential cleaning services and STR/Airbnb turnover management in the North Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia area. Specific services, pricing, and scope are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed via phone, SMS, or our online scheduling system.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent visits or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For STR/Airbnb prepay packages, payment is required before service begins.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments.

Access to Property

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, a lockout fee may apply.

Liability

While we take great care in every clean, Maid Ready Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our services. We carry general liability insurance. Claims for damage allegedly caused during service must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Maid Ready Cleaning LLC related to your service, scheduling, and promotions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts for residential cleaning services. Either party may discontinue the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cobb County or Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
